Seem to be re-engraved Die. I never see one before.
For you RDV-003 what about the arrows tip, the leaf over the A in dullard and also the N in UNUM? You know that you had this variety from 1964-D till and inclusive 1967 SMS.

Silvio sorry those arrows are on a coin dated 1955 Washington quarter. Silvio do you want me to take this back to 1955. if you do let me know right away. I jump on this you have a good one |

Silvio think one is 1963 the other is 1955. I checked 1955 I can get every one of them. do you want me to start back . I have found another 1968. I will message you on this one. you need to check this one over.

This could be a good if it is RDV 005 or 006 proof. In 68 P and D are common in three varieties.
