Well photographed.
My guess is that they are die chips.

Spence? Earl? I wonder if great auctions would sell it for me. Coop, should I send this to PCGS? The more I look at it, the more Entranced I am.

Possible large date over small. Definitely a chipped up die.

No this is not a LD over SD. It's just a regular 60s cent. They have a lot of chips on them that year. If you are serious about having it graded, and selling it, I suggest you do a lot more reading about what is an error or variety, and what makes a coin worth a premium.

with cujohn, just a normal cent with a few extra enhancements on it (the die chips on the R, 9, and 6)

You have your intro telling us about your coin, but then you use replies to keep adding on. Why? Just use the edit button to add to your original post. Give others a chance to reply.

You have several chips, that's about it. No great rare error coin, don't waste your time by sending it in somewhere.

Very, very common for 1960 in all denominations, not only the Cents. Send to Great? Lost of shipping money (more then the coin value)
