This coin was under very pointed fire and melt. Some goldsmith play?

Did you all know there is a burnishing ball error on a dollar planchet though? I'd never heard of it.

Dumb question guys. If this was dropped soder balls or SAP wouldn't that add weight to the coin? I just weighed it and it's 2.5g. I weighed another NORMAL 2022 penny that weighed the same, 2.5g.

Is not pellets or solder drop. It is the coin who was point heat and melt. I test for fun and give me some nice zinc bulbs. You put Borax on the side you want to bulb, apply heat on the other side keeping the coin down and the bulbs are there. Do not heat to much because the bulbs fall down.

And that doesn't affect the weight of the coin?

Yeah, my new endeavor. In my down time. I've sold two so far. The time it takes to research one to correctly list it is time consuming to a newbie like me.
