Hello everyone so a Lil bit about this coin I found this while coin roll hunting from bank rolls from my local bank a 25$ dollar box roll of pennies to be exact which was the only one my bank had at the time call it luck! I found it about half way though the box it popped right out at me when I saw it saved it up had it 3 years saved up with a couple of my other coins I resently had the time to submit it to NGC and the coin has been graded slabbed and was in quality control the last time I checked as for the picture I tried to download it but says no bigger than 300.

Anyone know how I can post the close up picture with out it being blurry as for the grade of the coin it's been in circulation for 37 years before I found it so wear is definitely there but as far as I know this coin is unique is so grade won't really matter if it's the only one of it's kind I'm exited to get it back slabbed I'm curious as to the error or variety it will be but definitely unique in the placement and shape of this if u ask me I seen the coin up very close I think this was definitely deliberately made what's the coincidence of it being in a s shape right besides D in god also it's position in the way it's not hitting Lincoln head the D in god the W in we and the top rim how could of it missed all 4 places it could of hit anyway I'll try to get the clear picture of it thanks comments greatly appreciated.

Would really love to see full, large and shap pics of the coin in its holder. I'm not concerned about the grade. Thanks.

It is a plating issue of some sort; I am pretty sure.

This is not a playing issue when it's a bubble literally u can flatten it up with your thumbnail this is a solid mass also NGC has already graded this and authenticated it I'll just have to waig to get it slabbed in it's holder I've seen many many plating issue coins this is not the case here I'll definitely post a pic once I get it back slabbed.

A plating issue can also be rigid, plating debris. Can't wait to see a full slab photo front and back.

After looking at the enlarged photo, in my opinion It is a plating issue as mentioned, a coincidental formation of the plating bubbles resembling something like the letter S but it is not...

also NGC has already graded this and authenticated it

NGC has provided a submission number which is part of the process.

@ Coinlover656:

Here it is not Face scrap Book or others you to play with.

Your coin it is an scrap and not more then 1 cent. Next time pay attention here it is not a joke place.

First welcome to CCF @coin. Second, my initial thought was a plating bubble. Very odd that it is not compressible.
