to the CCF I think Spence hit it right. If it was a Cud there shouldn't be a line going across it at the edge of the die.

It does look like it's on the coin not in it.

Thanks for the images, but they are a bit out of focus, something you should practice with to get better images in the future, but that said, I can see enough to say that it is not a Cud, I'm not even sure it is a Rim Fin folded over. No material seems to be missing from the edge, so as Rob stated just above, it must be something on the coin. It almost appears like the E was struck up full under the foil, but it does appear to be following the contour of the rim. The coins rim is thin in that area due to a MAD strike, and the foil on top of it looks wider.
To be honest, I'm not sure what it is..

Lol, Sorry I'll tighten up on any pictures in the future for sure. While I did see a couple similar ones on the cudsoncoins link from Spence. This coin doesn't appear to have any weakness or really anything on the reverse behind this Unidentified Foil Object, also nothing stands out on the rim at all holding it or looking directly at the rim. It doesn't appear to be inside of the coin in any way either. I don't think it exactly meets the criteria of a Cud but I did just learn what a Cud is thanks to you all.

Thank you again I truly appreciate everyone's inputs and thoughts about it.

Sorry for all. I do not think this it is a Cud. Seem to be foreign material on the coin. Spence has a very strong point. For me he is right or not, it is foreign material on the coins on the form is took.

There is no question that this is a small Cud (corner die break).

If you would like me to list, it follow the instructions in the link below and send me the required 5 cropped and resized images.

Note the weakness on the reverse. It is a Die Cud on the obverse. (I also questioned it until I saw the reverse image with the weakness opposite that area.

Alright very cool. JC Stevens I'll see later tonight about getting the pictures done up and quality for adding to the Cud list. I am amazed at all you and your attention to detail even with my crusty blurry pictures lol.
Thanks again everyone.
