Good eye on the reverse stars that only have 5 points. I didn't notice that, but I didn't look very hard because it's so obviously fake.

Thanks again for the welcome.
@John1, I do plan on sticking around. I have quite a few other coins that I need to go through. I just noticed the search on this forum. I should have used that feature first, would have probably answered my question.

Except for flat surfaces, not one thing on this fake match a genuine coin.

That eagle's head looks like a cartoon chicken.

At least it's more peaceful. Arrows have been replaced with blades of grass, blowing in the gentle breeze.

RE: Arrows. I don't know how much to write off to wear and tear. My mind thinks tips could be missing because of wear?!?! Same thing with the chicken head. Is the lower jaw portion just rubbed off? I'm looking at a 1836 fifty cent peace that has alot of wear and tear. I'm pretty sure it's also a fake but I'm trying to identify all the issues before I post. After that, I'll start on a 1801 silver dollar.
I do appreciate the comments and feedback. Helps me focus on the others better.

@raz, yes these sorts of discussions should help you better appreciate the difference between normal circulation wear and missing/inconsistent design elements.

Where DO they all come from? I took a picture once in Virginia City NV. $95 seems kind of steep for a fake 1795 dollar. Take your pick. There are a few low value genuine coins mixed in.

Would make a good playing card marker, but not at that price.
