The letters aren't quite falling off the edge of the coin, but it is neat enough that I'd save it in a 2x2.

what does the edge look like at K4? Could be a partial collar or slight off center broadstrike.

Could be a Partial Collar error. Nice find whatever it is.

For future references, only hold coins with gloves or handle them by the edge. The oil from your fingers will be left on the surfaces. Once they're there, they will never come off.

Yes, please, especially on coins that may hold a value above the marked face value, should be held with gloved and by the edges only. None of my raw coins ever thouch a hard surface once they get into my possession. I always hold them or place them over a soft lint free towel. Now I think that your coin should get an Acetone bath to wash off your fingerprints before they become permanent.
Anyway, it does appear to be a partial collar with an off center mild broad strike. This is a nice coin to keep safe. place it in a 2x2 to keep it safe.
