Looks like some areas was flatten by a hammer also coin has been near extreme heat.

looks like (once I un-focus my eyes to match the fuzziness of these images) I see a damaged coin (it got hammered) and maybe cooked as well judging by the swelling of the cladding on the reverse.

what strikes me the most is that it's flat and indented in same spot both sides. my father in law said something about that before he passed which is why I'm in my gut curios . any reputable numastists around st. george ut? my father in law was a man I could old only wish to be a 10th of all around David Akers

Still PMD not a mint error.
New pics are a bit better but still needs much improvement.
What are you using to take coin photos with,camera make and model,lighting etc.
