When I view the full coin photos I don't know where to look for the DDO, then your detail photo always shows it clearly.

Thanks folks! And don't forget that a DDO will show enlarged devices and you don't have to see the actual separation lines to "see" it. Just look at the whole IN GOD WE TRUST and notice that every letter is too wide. Same with the crossbar of the 4. Once you get that part down you can see a strong doubled die like this one at a quick glance.

Should a coin like this be soaked in acetone to remove the debris around the lettering and the top of the skull, or should it be left alone?

I tend to leave them alone. Lots of folks treat coins to remove crud and whatnot, but not generally something I do,
