Found this one in the same bag as the no date lamination error. Two decent hits in the first 200 coins or so, but then nothing for the rest of it. 1941 Lincoln Wheat cent doubled die - DDO-002, FS-102    |

Thanks folks! And don't forget that a DDO will show enlarged devices and you don't have to see the actual separation lines to "see" it. Just look at the whole IN GOD WE TRUST and notice that every letter is too wide. Same with the crossbar of the 4. Once you get that part down you can see a strong doubled die like this one at a quick glance. |

Yessir, those early-ish wheat varieties are always welcome.

Should a coin like this be soaked in acetone to remove the debris around the lettering and the top of the skull, or should it be left alone?
