WAM all day long! Congratulations on a scarce find. Looks AU straight to me the odds of survivability get lower every year on the 1999. Its not often members find this coveted WAM. Good year that was i.m.o. the economy was chugging full steam the Treasury had a 350 billion surplus and silver was 5 bucks a troy ounce. I digress nice score!

Thanks everyone for your comments. I guess I need to treat with Verdi-Care and get them in air tight capsules to hopefully keep them from turning to zinc dust
