the clincher for me as I was reading thru the markers and examining my coin was the pre-die break goofiness happening over the roof; it's an exact match: that's wexler's example above, and mine below. I circled in red a very tiny break, a small dot, on each:

Well done on the attribution. There's a lot to look through for the series, so #129392; congrats on your perseverance.
That "snow on the roof" is a great marker.

Quote: Pixlr indicates that I can only do 3 pictures per day. Just a heads up, there are free alternatives to Pixlr. Search your app store for a photo resizer.

i will do that. here are three of the die breaks/chips on my coin, which matches wexler's: all three are near corn leaf tips.

The free Image Size app works well for iPad. You have to watch a video after each resize. It provides a file size estimate prior to resize, which is nice.

You have to admire the dedication of the Wexler attributers. It must take tremendous patience to examine coins when there are over 100 listings for a particular year.

that would be a job I would love to have. interestingly, of all the DD quarters from the statehood series & ATB series, the nebraska homestead quarters- for whatever reason- are the one quarter I find most often. I rarely find any of the others, like the duke ellington quarter, wisconsin, minnesota, etc. those nebraska homestead quarters come to me a lot, whether in my change or picked from somewhere, although not all of them exhibit a DDR. I have never found any of the other DDR quarters.
