Thanks. Feels good to find my first DDO after searching through almost 10,000 pennies. I was beginning to feel that theses machine wrapped bank rolls were pennies that had already been searched through.

to the CCF 1 doubled die in 10,000 is not that unusual. People just new to the hobby think they are a lot more prevalent than they are.

Cool find! Yes, it takes going through a lot of material to find stuff--a lot. I've been searching for decades through mountains of rolls, and only have a rather small handful of some good stuff--emphasis on some. Its a matter of volume searched, and time--lots of time.

Thanks for the information on how much one has to search through to find stuff. I just started CRH and have much to learn. Wish I hadn't stopped collecting coins when I was a kid. Been trying to find out what ever happened to my small collection but I'm afraid it's long gone. I'll be starting a new one now.

That is a good attitude. What has happened in the past is gone, what you do from now on can be happy times if you want it to be. Have fun.
