High end AU but I'm with the folks who think something is at least a little bit off with the surfaces.

The first date digits and the reverse shield are at odds with the rest of the coin's sharpness. I do see a very faint clash but I wouldn't think it was strong enough to cause those issues.

I can't see this coin as uncirculated. There is wear at the high points and there are way too many small dings present to get there for me.

It was listed as uncirculated, but I didn't think it was that, nor did I buy it for that reason. I thought it was AU due to the wear on the shield and the various dings.
