with the new pic I'd lean 63

Peace dollars are very hard to grade and get a high grade.

I want to say 63 (because of additional photos and video) but the eye appeal.... for me holds it at 62.......

Wow.... definitely a coin that needs to be judged in hand.
Then again I personally steer away from NGC when it's classic US coins.

It's clean enough for a 64. I think NGC is on the money.

i had it at 64. the unbroken luster and the slab photo shows a coin better than 63
