The eye appeal of this coin holds me at 64

I see thin parallel lines under the chin of the eagle. Signs of cleaning? Also, the breast feathers appear to be flat.

I'll also be conservative at MS-63, thought I could see it as a 64. Scrapes across the thigh and mark in front of right foot on the dress make me think 63.

Congrats, it must be a luster bomb. Not seeing it technically.

Those lines could be die polishing or a light scrape. The rest of the coin shows no signs of cleaning. Flat breast feathers is a problem for most WLHs. Many were struck with tired dies and that appears to be the case here.

i had it at a solid MS64. I'm thinking the luster probably pushed this one.
