Also the OP never stated if he was plucking the coins out of change or going to fill the albums with high quality BU examples.

I don't see how that is relevant, so thats why I didn't mention it. But the answer is both. Yeah, I've used that website before, Dearborn. Its where I got my current Lincoln cents album which came out to around 60 dollars. Their prices seem to be on par with Amazon unfortunately.

Quote: Its where I got my current Lincoln cents album which came out to around 60 dollars I got mine from ebay for $68 nearly complete. (An 8 page Dansco 7100 missing only 09Svdb, 14D, 22, 70S small date). All my Danscos I've either bought used or as partial sets. Like you, I would rather put money into coins than albums. It takes time, but there are deals to be had.

Because you don't usually put nice uncirculated coins in a tattered album - as much as why have a beautiful new album full of face value circulated coins?

I wasn't aware that there were rules on the matter? Pretty sure I and anyone for that matter can store coins however they desire.
The used albums I've seen are not "tattered." They look virtually new.

Quote: Take a breath folks. My apologies on my part. I just felt like their response and assertions were condescending and unnecessary. Quote: I have several complete albums where the value of the Dansco is majority of the total value of the filled album. I only have like 4 or 5 Dansco albums, and I'm pretty sure the majority is the same as yours... With the exception of my JFK half dollar album since all the halves contain silver within the 64-70 years.

I have bought several from Coins Make Cents. Here is the link to their Dansco page. https://www.coinsmakecents.com/dans...ms-used.htmlThey take pictures of every page and are very upfront about any issues they see with them. I have been very satisfied buying from them. The National Park quarter albums are like unobtanium, but they had one for sale and I scooped it up!
