Quote: Scorecard User Guess Result So if we're all wrong, my only other guess is an impaired proof. Maybe PF-61 or PF-62? To me those look like die polishing lines, not evidence of cleaning as others suggested. Either way, now I'm really curious.

I'll guess low MS, MS-61.
Errers and Varietys.

I was also thinking it may be a proof, although these are far out of my wheelhouse. But I will say pf-62. Either way a lovely coin!
I've been collecting for a couple years... Favorite Coin's are Standing Liberty quarters, Working on my type set | Coffee, Corvettes, Coins & the CCF what could be better?

MS-63. I think it is a 62 to me. Gold easily gets marked up. Beautiful example.

"To me those look like die polishing lines, not evidence of cleaning as others suggested" Good observation, hard to tell. Anyway here is the grade.

Nice. I didn't think a proof because of the rims and the low mintage number.

In all seriousness, my initial gut reaction was that this was a proof coin, but then I second-guessed myself and went with MS. Just goes to show you should always trust your first instinct. What a lovely coin, congrats!

congrats on the PL designation. I was going to call that but they are not common to come across. all PL surfaces are going to show a plethora of light scratches due to their reflective surfaces. I did think the numeric grade should have been higher
