Nice job, tough one to see! Not sure of it's rarity, but this is a DDO you don't hardly ever see posted, could be that it's a little obscure too. The "E" is definitely the go to though for this and other late 70's and early 80's DDO's.

Here is a pic with a normal PCGS example on top and the OP's doubled die example on the bottom to maybe help others see the slight doubling. The horizontals of the E are turned upward.
