Hard to tell from the pics but can see enough marks/scratches to say no more than 64. Impossible to tell if the fields are mirrored.

the 82(S) are almost always seen with bold strikes. this one is right there. lots of luster hanging around. the fields on both sides might be PL. glare may be hiding some scuffs and small marks in the fields but no less than MS64 and MS65 is a really good shot as well as a PL designation. repost in-hand photos if you get this one, would really like to see those fields.

That's a really nice, clean 1882-S. I think this one makes MS-64. The cheek is the closest call on the obverse, but the rest of the obverse is fantastic. The reverse has a bit more noise, but still should support MS-64.
