works for me! when you're done you should get a message saying it was successfully uploaded. If it's too large it wont go through this way!

what kind of software do you have for pictures? I've had to reduce just about every coin picture I've posted.

Open it with microsoft paint, then stretch/skew and save as a jpg. No special software required.

It is really hard to put a value on a coin that has been severely damaged. Even with VF details, I don't see the coin as being worth any more than $100. In other words, the hole kills 90%+ of the value on a coin like that.

That's a very unfortunate defect for what was a valuable coin. It's anyone's guess what it might sell for now. The right buyer might pay a couple hundred but likely Biokemist is correct: $100 could be a reasonable expectation for maximum sale price.

Thanks for the help, thoughts. I paid $100.00 for it so I am pleased. Tough to afford some coins like this one, so just happy to own one.
Hope I can return the favor some day.

It looks better than VF-20, I'd think that someone would likely pay more like 150-200 since it looks pretty nice aside from the hole.

Would be well over a thousand without it though.

Ah! I was the under bidder on that coin! At least a forum member got it. For me, I would rather spend $100 on a holed coin than a couple hundred for an extremely worn down market acceptable AG one. Jim, could you post pictures when you get it?
