Don't think this is an issue with ebay. Anyone can sell anything for whatever price they want as long as there is no deceit in the listing. Since there is no real information in this listing there is no deceit. If there is some nut out there that would buy it then he will be happy, the buyer will be happy, and ebay will be happy. Its not ebay's policy to set pricing, its their policy to make sure the listing is accurate and honest and from what I can see, as little as there is, it is accurate and honest.

I have to start fishing for some of these people who are very willing to throw their money away without previous knowledge. I've got a very nice 1921 Morgan I will let go for $60,000. Bargain? I say yes! ebay, here I come!

If you are asking for $50K, you can pay the $1.35 to add a couple more photos.

But did you read further on that post? He also has many of those UNSEARCHED coins. Wow, just what I wanted. More unsearched coins.

So the other ebay guy with the $60K uncirculated lot of coins in the vault, who wouldn't allow pictures, and insisted on local pickup, is offering a real bargain.

A word of advice for anyone thinking of selling on ebay. NEVER post an answer to a question that could bring your credibility or your item's value into question. Posting an ASQ into your listing is optional. Here's an example from our poor misguided friend: Q: Can I ask why you think this coin is worth nearly 50K? Jan-15-10 A: Well my friend; Based on the U.S. Morgan dollar Coin Collecting and Grading Guide Line and with a Picture Appraisal from Sothebys Auction Coin Department in New York and their Grading Guide lines;; Thats Where I Got My Figures. So if Your a Buyer Make Your Offer Now.......... Guideline is one word and it's "you're." Posting this question did not help him at all.

Did you see his combined auction for the 1883, 1884, and 1885? What a steal compared to his singles!
