I like that a lot. If I hit the lotto for more than 30 million, I'm buying every person that's been a member longer than me here one.

Thanks a bunch! I'll hold you to that, I have a door that keeps blowing shut and I need a good doorstop.

500 oz = 41.7 lbs. My 3 yr old grandson only weighs 39 lbs.

I've bought and sold 100 oz bars. I thought those were heavy.

Here's the companion piece for that one ... 100 Kilo Gold Maple Leaf

Wow! That is a chunk of silver! They should turn it into a barbell, so wealthy folks can get ripped and save storage space at the same time! :-) Imagine having a safe full of those, you wouldn't even need to bolt it to the floor.

Value - over $9,000.00.

When you convert from Troy ounces it's about 34.25 lbs.

It was a pretty cool rush. Yeah, I figured over $9000 given spot. I never asked how much. How would I get home, well, I'd find a way. Where would I keep it!

It is already stated in troy oz, 12 troy oz to the pound (500/12=41.6666666)

This thing would convert to 666.6 oz avoirdupois
