This coin looks like it has been polished, I'm going to say VF-35.

All considered, XF-45, it has pretty much the usual wear for a circulated coin, plenty of scratches, a ding or so, and ANNA'S face is scarred and the fields on the obverse, are, well, banged up well, not to mention the lack of luster....Still a key date coin worth more than 300.00 at that grade.

i agree that's a lot of scratches. I didn't expect that's better than xf40. that's what I paid for and won't be mentioned the price here.

VF-35 would be my guess if it went to a TPG (might even come back in a "genuine" holder). Very nice coin. I also agree that it appears from the pics to have been cleaned. Just doesn't look all that natural compared to most Morgan's coming out from circulation after 100+ years. IMO

What he said. You guys hit all the wear spots and the Reverse actually graded higher to me. But, a single side does not, a coin make, Grasshopper.

I say 40. Yes its been polished but the polishing does not detract from the grade

Thanks all for grading. everyone here helps me alot. does the clean or polish coin worth something? will you buy it in this case? I mean does it hold the collectable value?

Any type of cleaning or polishing will lessen the value of a coin, usually to a large extent.

XF-35 to XF-40

Most all high point show wear.
Obverse - wear on hair, eyebrow and stars
Reverse - wear on wreath, eagles breast.

On the reverse you can see where a stain has been rubbed off (in area of "UNIT" in united)
and in my opinion the whole coin has been rubbed/cleaned.

Still a very good date coin, with good eye appeal (for it's condition)

I would say high VF... The back is an XF , but the front looks more like a VF to me.
