Here's a pic I took at an angle to help with seeing the hairlines and they are still difficult to see. What do you think? Do you agree it's probably had a cleaning/wiping in the past? Thanks guys for your help!

I think it merits F12. Color looks natural and I don't see anything that would trouble PCGS or NGC if you decided to have it graded. This is a perfect coin for an album. Nice!
