AC: I have all of those that you have: type for type, grade for grade. What I am looking for is an 8 anna, not a half rupee. Ever come across one of those?

I have heard of this mythical metal disk, but never seen one in person. Would love to see some if anyone can share?

Wonderful coins! I love British Indian coins, especially those issued by the East India Company prior to 1857.

Hi guys. I have a question, and it's been bugging me for the past couple of weeks.
Can you tell me whether these coins are fake?
Here's the link:

Hello!Welcome to CCF. You have some really nice coins AlmostCollectible!. About the 1 Pice coin, there are three varieties of crown, high crown, low crown and round crown. That you showed is high crown. Take a closer look at other 1 Pice pieces you have. You may be lucky.
It is interesting to note that 1 Pice had a value of quarter anna.

I am trying to give you images of the three varieties. I am not very happy with the quality of the images. Please see if you can get an idea.
