Nothing makes me think it's fake. I think it's a solid G4, maybe G6.

Its hard to tell how many letters in 'Liberty' are visible. I see at least 2, possibly 3. On wreath there is some detail. VG-8

Overall details look VG8 to my eyes.
There were 5 mintmark positions; the "S" looks right to me.

My first thought was leaning to VG8.

I'm a pretty conservative grader thats why I would only give this a G-6 grade.

I would be happy to sell this coin if the offering price is acceptable.

But I have yet to make my first sale on CC and am truly unaware of the best (CC-approved) way to proceed here being that I know of only one potentially interested buyer, upstate, from this thread.

Any thoughts or recommendations on how I should proceed here would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
mdpmedia

You have an adequate post count to use the auction and pocket it now here at CCF. I would have contacted you directly but you have no email set up and will need that to sell here. I really don't know if it is frowned upon to sell coins without using the "for sale" section but personal messages are just that. I believe it would be to your advantage to sell to a bigger audience that one person though. My email is set up (hint)

Barely makes VG8 IMO. No red flags here.

Close but not quite a VG-8. Needs some, although not necessarily clear, letters on the head band to make VG-8. So this is a solid G-4+. And they are a lot more common in this grade than most would assume. Still a decent $70+ price range coin.
