Must be fairly rare as I do a box a week and haven't found one before. Nice condition too! Any value or just a fun novelty piece? It's especially nice because you can see the weakness in the reverse strike where the obverse hammer die failed to overlap it correctly. The nickel itself is in great condition. Errers and Varietys Bedrock of the Community United States 78273 Posts	Posted 09/08/2026 8:55 pm Great find! It's not an Off Center strike though. If it was, both sides would be Off Center as well. This is called a Misaligned Die strike. For Misaligned Die strikes, usually one side is off set. Sometimes you can have a dual misalignment of both the obverse and reverse die at the same time.
