Thanks for that info ! ...

That's kind of what I'm afraid of too. I will not be able to "buy" ANOTHER slabbed coin to "make a Set" complete, like you mentioned.
I'm just gonna be stuck with what I get back ! ....
My fear is, that I won't even be able to make "ONE" Set all 69's or all 70's.
It'll be a "mix" that won't work for all of "either" grade.

I just hope that the Keys are the 70's, I guess.

DNA .... Actually, eaglefoot, selling your other Set raw might not be such a bad idea

It's too late for the "RAW" plan, they're already in the hands of PCGS ! ....

I paid the $180.00 extra for the 10 coins to be labeled "First Strike", only because I assumed I would get more money in the marketplace for the one Set that I'm selling.
I'm not a fan of "Early Release" or "First Strike" or anything else like that either, personally, but I wanted the most potential for profit possible.....turns out this may have been a HUGE waste of money though.....I dunno.
I know there ARE folks who DO pay extra in the marketplace for "ER" or FS".....just don't know if this will be the case with these Sets or not.

You did well. I listed 3 sets sale on ebay, but then took them off. I could not stomach all their stinking FEES!

I sold 3 raw sets to an out of state dealer for $750/set.

Shipping $29.15 (USPS Priority tracking & signature delivery)
ebay Fees $0.00
PayPal Fees $0.00
Cost $900 + $29.15(shipping)
Profit $440.28 per set.

I'm wondering if my coin shop guy will end up being the best (most profitable) way to sell "my" slabbed set.

And I'm still waiting for P.C.G.S. to acknowledge in some way that they've received my sets ! .....

My account shows ZERO orders
I've received NO emails

You should see an email as soon they receive them. It was 3 days from the time I sent them until the time I receive confirmation that they received them. I sent them from Ohio. I was amazed that it was only a little over a two week process for the whole thing. They might be a little busier now than they were when I sent mine in.

Got another email from PCGS saying that grading has been completed on my order and I can view these grades.
I go into my account, and it shows my order......but I don't know what to do or where to click to see my grades !

Anybody ?

I click on the submission number and the same screen comes up showing my order....don't know "how" I'm to do this.

Wait until they are in your hot little hands and get the thrill (or anguish) of discovering them one by one....

....and...that is just the "We're returning your packaging stuff" email....I know it says "grades" but it just the packaging. When they are graded that link will be live...

That's what I did, I waited until they arrived back at my house, it was more fun waiting. Looking at your grades on line is kind of like knowing what Santa is getting you before you unwrap the present ;)

Eagle, If you go to your account page it should show all your info including your order. My 3 set box was divided into 2 orders, the first was my OGP boxes which were returned the day they received my order

https://www.pcgs.com/membership/login.html

The actual grades took about 10 days

If you click on Order # it should explain what is in the order

Yeah, it shows the order # & submission #'s of both orders.
The OGP and the 10 coins.
But no matter how many times I click on either number on the 10 coin line of the two, the same screen just comes up again telling me what the order "is", which is the 10 coins.
The email said I could see my grades......I can't !

That is a generic email that is generated whenever a shipment back to the consumer is made. Normally shipments mean graded coins...in this case it means boxes. I KNOW it says grades available but, for some reason, they couldn't take the time to actually compose a different email saying "Your packaging has been shipped back to you". WAY too much time involved with doing that I guess.

No grades until they are graded and followed by another email that will say the same as the first. THIS time the link will be active...

I have a question that may sound silly, stupid or naive but I've never sent anything in to be graded so I'm learning.
When PCGS or NGC says to submit the coins in an unopened OGP do they mean the cardboard box they ship the sets in?

Yes...unopened, placed in another box (or wrapped) and shipped for grading

My grades are in, NGC ER slabs. I'm going to buy an MS69 eagle to make two 69 sets. I figure with grades like this I should be able to put together a perfect 69 set to keep for myself as well. If the coins says 70, and it really is one, I still will want to keep it. Now I debate spending all kinds of money trying to put a 3rd 69 set together, or just part the rest out.
