I use them. I switched all of my older 2 x2s to them about 4 years ago. I have had no issue with any 'running' of adhesive. I suspect that would take even more years if that actually would ever happen. I'm pretty pleased with the results thus far

I should note, there is no liquid whatsoever in the adhesive. It is dry and sticky, like tape

At $16.60 per hundred that seems rather costly to me.

I've been using them for about 5 years with no problem and love them. They work best if the closed 2x2 is kept in a plastic page, on some of the larger coins if kept in a box the 2x2 pops open partially.

They usually don't pose a problem, and definitely save you time by allowing to avoid stapling each individual 2x2, but as Conder said, they're a bit on the expensive side.

I'd rather not have staples near my coins I use them for my nicer sets. They look great in the binders. So I don't mind the extra cost. Regular stuff gets regular 2x2's Lighthouse brand is MUCH better IMO. I got some Supersafe's for my threepence and was not that happy. Harder to use mostly.

I finally am starting to organize my Lincoln Cent roll finds with these 2x2. From what I have read there seems to be mixed feelings on whether to do a quick acetone wash before putting them in the 2x2. I didn't bother with the acetone on my 1995 DDO because its in really good condition (MS65), but then I noticed faint finger prints and was wondering If I should of given it an acetone bath before putting it away? Will acetone remove fingerprints? I was also thinking that the acetone would remove any moisture on the coin before putting it in the 2x2, or is my thinking in correct? Or would the ever so slight amount of moisture not matter? I probably am over thinking this and either would work!LOL!
