Poll Question
I'd like to know how you would appraise this coin. It's in its original
plastic seal (not a flip) and box with all the descriptive notes.

1986-D Statue of Liberty Half Dollar
I can't tell you if this is MS69 or MS70 (I don't what a perfect coin is)

It contains no silver and they made a ton: 1 million MS and 7 million PF. Either specimen is worth well under $10.

My old greysheet lists value at $4-$4.50. Sorry

Do a search on ebay and you come up with about $.99.
$3.00 shipping is more than the value of the coin, I'm afraid.

It might be a $5 coin. Very common.
