I wondered that too, but what if it's a "second squeeze"? First, you vise together two coins, then you use one with a reversed "R" to squeeze the coin shown here? I'm immediately suspicious when I see details crossing the rim--shouldn't a genuine indent brockage show much more force and distortion on this coin? Just guesses here--I'm no expert.
