Wow; nice coin! Obviously Proof, maybe Prf-64? Not much knowledge of Seated material but I wanted to take a guess.

With the right lighting angle it is possible to hide minor scratches. As I see it on the screen, I cannot see anything wrong with it. Hiding it inside the slab in these conditions makes grading very difficult for me.

OK, I've regained my equilibrium a bit.
Seated Half Proofs are among the most stunning coins ever produced in the US (IMO), and this one, from a mintage of only 600, pretty much tells why. They're scarcer still in original untoned Mint white, and I'm willing to bet this one's Cameo to boot.
What a staggering coin. The images are too small to attempt a grade; it doesn't matter anyways.

What a beautiful coin. Still catching my breath :) If I had to make a stab at a guess, I'm on the PR64CAM bandwagon.

jpcoins400: I see that you have not said that it is a proof or not. Looks like one. Is that in fact the case?
As a guy from Oz, you don't get to see this sort of material often, and so I am not well acquainted with a coin such as this.
