Wow, it is a tough one! However, I can't tell if that is wear or a delamination on the left wheat stalk that radiates upward above the "L". It could also be
PMD because it looks as if someone stamped a "6" on the rim. Also a question about the "B" discoloration abutting the "P". Looks like a die break on the "O" also. I'd have to see it in hand so my guess is MS 58-62...I know it's not a real grade, but even with the marks on his cheek and beard, this is a tough one.
