Well since the , what I call bottom, $26 spot price a few weeks back and a bit of ups and downs but mostly sideways action of silver... I'm sure many people bought, sold, swapped and reshaped stacks. Just curious on the updates of those of you who keep track of your DCA.

WHAT IS YOUR DCA?

I'm sitting at $35.09 per ounce.

I had been at the $32/oz mark a few months ago, but have added a lot more premium stuff to the stack.

When I started in silver I was around the $46/oz mark....wow how we wisen up over time. I have many here to thank from their posts on helping me learn how to buy and sell silver and teaching me patience and restriction. CHEERS!

$16

I've bought most of my silver at $16/oz, and waited.
Sold most of my silver at $50/oz.

Now I have 4 or 5 ounces that is outside of my collection...

$38.49 an ounce. I'm only buying with the money left over after I fund our 401k, Roths, and add to our emergency fund. I figure the fact that it's money I won't need means I'll never have to sell for a price I don't like and since it's a hobby first and investment second I can pay a little extra for nice stuff.

I have absolutely no idea. I try to only buy when I know I can immediately turn it over and get at least my money back. That being said if I had to guess I would say $25-$28 though that is obviously not including my high dollar coins. I have learned so much from this forum and its members.

When did silver actually hit $50 last? Back in the 80's?

Lehman brothers brought it to all time highs and in 2011 silver broke through that record by $0.02 but trading closed below that record so I think the old record still stands.

My average price per oz. is right at $35. Part of this is due to only buying 90% BU coins for about 1/3 of my stack. Other buys were in the $40-41 range all the way down to about $27. While I am always buying a little, I try to load up on any price pull-backs that are relatively stable for a week or two. No sales, as I am a stacker and not a flipper.

I'd love to see lower spot prices, I am hoping to double my stack on the next dip. My stack is still small but growing :)
