THANK YOU THANK YOU for this posting, a rather devious person in this town has been trying to get me to buy "his" 09-s VDB for months now. My gut has told me to avoid that coin like the plague, but always with a lot of doubt. Now after seeing the authentic/fake coins and what to exactly look for, it's a fake. Oh -- and kijiji2012... I think foxwoods was just saying the penny itself is a real penny, but the mint mark and the "VDB" on the back are fake.
