Hi, folks.. grading and commentary, attributions, opinions,,, all greatly appreciated regarding this recent acquisition.
It fills a troublesome hole in my 7070.. meets the primary requirements I had for unaltered, non-corroded surfaces, clearly readable detail, no distracting scars. Thanks a heap for peeking in.

nice type coin...you can read the LIBERTY,date and fraction.
some bumps ticks and scratches...but over all an attractive specimen.

Agree with VG-8. A nice strike and good even wear. These get ridiculously expensive as the grades go up. I have an 1800 in my 7070. it is funny how these were struck and wear sometimes. My Liberty and date are less readable yet I have hair detail. Overall grade probably roughly the same.

Yours is a nice looking example that should look great in it's slot.

Surface color appears original however, without the coin in hand, I can't say conclusively.
I agree with VG Details/scratched.
