According to my Haxby, this was only issued in sets, yet the teller at the bank was just glad to get rid of it. I told him I'd be back next week for any other 50c coins he comes across. Can anyone shed some light on this? Did someone really break up a set? I'm glad it only cost me 50 cents!

I have a 2004P that I found in circulation. If it has an S mintmark then it is most definitely from a mint slab.

However after much review and investigation I noticed I answered this in a Canadian Forum before the pics were updated.

Looks like someone opened an uncirculated set.

That's what I was thinking. Turned out to be a fortunate thing for me.
