Need Help ID Roman With Countermark And Greek Coin

I have a greek coin I can't seem to find anything on I'am not good with greek it is 14mm and 2.2gr.
The roman with the counter mark, I have a good ideal of who it is but would like to hear others opinions, the counter mark ends with R it is 16mm and 1.9gr.

The one on the right is Nabatean. Aretas IV is the most common ruler with double cornucopiae on the reverse. He often comes with jugate busts and this one only has one head clear, but it may be so off-center that the second is missing at 3:00.

the greek coin may be an apollo on a horse verse philip ii coins

Thank you for the replies, but I don't think apollo on a horse for the reverse, I think it is a bird with a symbol above(it does look like shoulders in the pic). I also think it is Aretas IV for the roman but it is only a single bust and I was asking for opinions because it looks more like a counter mark because of the deep indentation.
