Valiamo Valued Member Canada 122 Posts	Posted 08/03/2013 2:11 pm One of the many chartered banks that issued their own currency up to the late 1940's, when a revision of the bank act prohibited issue of chartered banks own currency. This one from the BofM is from 1938, is graded VG to Fine, and the note in this condition would be valued at around $100 - $150.00, ebay has a number of them listed. signed by Jackson Dodds and Charles Blair Gordon Report this Post to the Staff

This way you can examine it at your leisure without getting any more contaminants on it. Any coin shop will have exactly what you need to hold and protect it properly.
