The edge/rim looks a little weird to me. Struck slightly off center. Also something looks odd where the "I" meets the top leaf. Hard to see with the toning.

First the 9 looks like a narrow 9 instead of a wide 9 The C in cents almost looks closed other than that it looks like a nice MS grade for sure...
