Another forum I go on has a lot of Bill trades and sales of binary bills and other types of fancy serial numbers. Based on this I would guess about $23 to $25 is what you could expect unless you got lucky.

To give you an idea, I bought a 1977 Morton - Blumenthal radar note in gem unc a couple of years back for $30. I'd say its worth 20 bucks.
