Hello everyone, I am new to coin/Bill collecting and have a few interesting things in my very small collection,so far just coins. Today at work ( I work at a bank) I found this along with another new hundred that is just a regular Binary... Just would like thoughts and information on binary, and radar serial numbers and is this something worth keeping in my collection and holding on to? My coins are mostly older coins, like wheat back pennies, one silver quarter, and a silver half dollar. I would really like to start expanding my collection though. Thanks in advance!

Thank you, should I hold on to the other binary as well? And any idea on what they are worth now, and possibly in the future? Or is it hard to tell with how many are likely to be printed and such? I have tried doing more research on them but I can't find anything as of yet with the new bills.
I am definitely keeping my eye out for other fancy bills, years etc.
I think this is going to end up being a major hobby for me :)

that is awesome, and its UNC!! I wish I could find a new hundred but I still only see the 2006 ones at the bank. That is for sure a saver

Keeper! Awesome find! See if you can find a plastic money sleeve to keep it in so it doesn't get damaged/folded etc.

What an entrance into the CCF! Sweet find! A dual category fancy note in it's first production year/series! Do I hear the postal truck backing up to your house to have this one (NGC/PCGS/PMG) certified?

Both are definitely keepers but I will say this; if you are going to sell do it now. The series is still pretty new and there probably aren't too many of these out yet. Give it a few months though and there will more fancies available which will drive prices down. Can't tell you for sure what you would get but I wouldn't be surprised if it went for several times face. What makes this so appealing is that it is a true binary which will create a decent bidding war. I don't think if it was a regular binary it would get "as" much attention.
You could also try selling the other one first and see what it goes for and if that goes for a good amount you can be sure the radar will go for more.
Congrats on an amazing find!

Thank you all I had no idea the radar is possibly worth several times face. This is awesome! Thank you all for the posts and ill be sure to keep you updated on what I do with em.
Also is the website coolserialnumbers legit? He emailed me back but was just wondering if you have had experience with him.

Very nice note. I would love to get ahold of a new $100, let alone one with a serial like this. I am in the same boat as schris, my local banks still have the old versions.
Keeper for sure! Great candidate to get certified
