Hey guys, it's not a special coin or something, but I'm still learning here, and don't have a clue. I know what proof and reverse proof coins look like, but PL? So what do you all think? Is it a PL or a circulation strike MS?

Also (while I understand the possibly scratched plastic barrier of the 2x2), what's your opinion on its grade?

Thanks!

Thanks a lot, all. So we have a consensus, it's a PL and most likely a 64. Got it for $10, so just an OK deal I guess.
