Some grading fun for those feel like playing. A 1948-50 Cents in an old embossed ICCS holder. Four pictures all of the same coin. I will post a picture of the flip tomorrow to reveal the grade. Good Luck.

Look at the chatter in the fields everyone.

No way ICCS gives that ms65 and probably not ms64.

I'll go with ms62.

to that guy the coin hunter guy,

I remember one time you had the not so good look same 48 coin that was give grade ms64 and thought that one so nice it was, but it was not as nice look as this one is so, now because the coin it is belong to other guy so much you don't like it ?

Not that I trusted ICCS to be right all of the time but from all the pictures I would say for sure this also deserved ms64 this one,

I am able to bring the image to full screen.
I see slight wear patches, most notably on the King's cheek just behind the lips, and on the eyebrow.

The reverse is better, probably because the design presents a very large number high points, that thus protect the overall design.

Split grade. AU58 / MS 63.

I will leave it to others to determine as to how a split grade in this case will result in an overall single grade for this piece.

the obverse is always to it the most important to the grade, as most the professional they say it

Again Gilles. I'm not sure what point you're trying to make. The coin posted in the other thread was graded by NGC and ICCS. This is not about if I like this coin or not. This 48 is a very nice coin. Just because it's shiny doesn't mean it's automatically graded higher. The obverse seems to have some flaws and has some visible wear above the ear. The reverse is very nice. Why don't you provide us with YOUR opinion of the grade?
