It was purchased in the early 1980's and sent to ICCS for certification in the early 1990's. The coin is quite nice in-hand and I believe if it was sent in for re-grading it would possible receive MS63 today. Thanks for your opinions. Report this Post to the Staff
DEVLEC Pillar of the Community Canada 3234 Posts	Posted 11/18/2013 1:20 pm Sadly you will now find that many of the ICCS graded coins from the 90's would now be graded higher. We're not allowed to say "grade creep"...but it's alive and well as documented over and over again here. Report this Post to the Staff
