Collector-Corner Pillar of the Community 872 Posts	Posted 11/30/2013 2:28 pm Heh, its like buying the lottery ticket. You never know unless you try. Yeah a 70 is a tough pull. I have dozens of MS-69 and PF-69's. There seems to be one teeenie tiny defect on the coin that they spot right off the bat, and then mark it a ms69. Eh, no big deal, I don't send them in for grades, but I will buy the MS/PF-69's all day long for about 1/10th or lower. Those will eventually dry up, from the 1986 to the mid 90's.
