I would not be surprised if this graded 64. I have seen numerous slabbed 64s with more facial scratches than this example. Plus, from what I can see in the pictures the fields are cleaner than many certified 64s especially in front of Liberty's face. With the amount of mint luster evident, the more I see it the more I think it's a 64.
I'd say its a lock at 63, with the chatter on the cheek I don't see it quite making a 64. She's got dripping luster, that's for sure! Great photos as well!
