I'm not worried either, I just want them back so I can flip them.
I bought them for a total of $150 and should be able to at least triple my money. Examples of these coins in these grades have sold within the last year for a combined $564.

If they really are still finalizing and havent shipped yet thats absurd. Once the grades are in they should be shipped out by the end of the next day. Someone either forgot about them/something happened or theyve shipped and the website just says finalizing for some reason. Id try and get in touch with them though

Yeah, like someone said earlier, they only go to the post office once per week......maybe the "drop off" and pick-up I agree though. If the grades and photos are in, they should ship within a day or so. FEDEX finalizing for 3 days now.......

Have you been able to view the photos of your coin?
If so, can you tell me how?
Edit: Never mind, it is the item number. I tried that a couple of days ago when it still said shipping was finalizing and got nothing, but they are there now!

I'm happy with my grades, but with they did to my poor 3 cent I'm not. Don't have coins in hand yet. Waiting for Fedex now.

I'm impatient I'll admit it That being said, when my 'order status' says "SHIPPED" and order details says something weird like 'FEDEX Finalizing' for 3 days now, it just makes me wonder.

The ANACS photos are really bad. For slab identification at best. Trust me, I'm a poor photographer, and can do better. The color is way off, and if you zoom in it's really blurry. Coin looks much better in hand. Will be taking my own photos for ebay. Glad the pictures only cost $3. Also of the 2 coins graded, one isn't level in holder. Is that a big deal? I don't know, maybe it's common thing.

My photos were ok. I took photos of the coins before I sent them in, so when I posted to ebay I just used the ANACS photos for confirmation the coin is slabbed and graded, then also attached the photos I took before sending in for close ups. One of my coins was "tilted" as well, but that is no big deal to me. I'm glad I now have a basic understanding of the process and know what to expect in the future

Yeah, I took some nice raw photos too beforehand. Could have used the ANACS photos for slab identification, but the color was so far off, just took some photos of the slab. Color came out almost perfect. Will have my 'corroded' 1909 s vdb on ebay tomorrow. I don't even think it's corroded. Looks like a cleaning to me. Surfaces are smooth and discolored. I think 'corroded' is kind of a broad-brush details grade...could have just as well been 'cleaning' imo. Either way no biggie.

I think you are describing a very unusual situation at ANACS and I don't want to see those fine numismatists get bashed too much. The dollar and cent special advertises a 15 day turnaround. It doesn't promise they sit at their screens looking for emails to answer within a few minutes. Let's concentrate on the quality of their work instead of the speed like at a fast food window it's not. They do have customer service people that will be your advocate but wanting everything right now shouldn't cause so much heartburn. Don't forget you are in a long line of other collectors and dealers who got their order there first and you can't bump in line by being a loud bully. This is not a mixed marital arts contest. In the world of business a two coin grading order will not displace the usual 20 or 100 coin submission. So take a chill pill. If they miss the 15 day deadline lets whack em. But not the minutia on a two coin submission. By the way I have the highest respect for James Taylor of ANACS (formerly ICG)as a professional numismatist. He gives alot back to the hobby.
