I am 99% sure it's PMD,but...The OBV scratches look like abrasion marks from the mint.The REV,because the rim is smashed is what makes me think PMD.I can not figure out what was used to "squeeze" this coin.Maybe a bench vise,vise grips etc?Also the edge has what looks like a "sunk" in area but if the coin was squeezed wouldn't that area be squeezed out and not sunk in? I agree it is PDS. The rim is not round. (Obverse at 10:00) The scratches across the obverse flow over and across the fields and the deeper die devices. This couldn't happen on a normal strike. They might have used wood to keep from splitting the plating? (Deep scratches into the scrap to make the raised areas and on the reverse a rough saw pattern appears. The reverse should not show flattened rim from a normal strike. The rim should be raised the same where the die and collar for the rim. All worth the same amount, one damaged cent.
